Partner
Julian is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience of advising owner-managed businesses across all industries on a wide variety of commercial matters, helping them to achieve their business objectives. In addition to his extensive accounting and auditing expertise, Julian is well-known for his proactive and hands-on approach. Also as Head of the Forensic Accounting team, Julian works with solicitors and barristers preparing reports as an expert witness.
Roger Blaskey

Roger has been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years, with over 10 years spent in industry. This allows Roger to easily understand clients' day-to-day issues, and suggest solutions which are both commercial and pragmatic. Roger advises clients from a variety of industries, including: manufacturing, branded retailing, debt consolidation, telecommunications, media, healthcare and professional services. No matter which industry his client is from, he always gets to understand the client's business and their commercial and personal objectives so he can advise them fully and become a trusted adviser. In addition Roger is also an aggressive tax mitigator, who has saved clients a significant amount on their tax bills.
Lesley Pangburn

Lesley is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser who has worked across all accountancy disciplines – audit, appraisal of investment opportunities, business acquisitions and disposals as well as providing consultancy advice on a range of special projects. For the last 7 years she has specialised in providing tax advice. Lesley will quickly get to grip with your business, and will then advise you on how best to structure your affairs to minimise your tax bill. She clearly explains the tax issues you will face, and uses her knowledge and influencing skills to effectively argue your case with the Taxman. Lesley has a particular interest in tax planning for individuals and owner-managed businesses.
Jonathan Avery-Gee

Jonathan, who has been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years, is the Senior Partner at Kay Johnson Gee. In addition he heads up the Corporate Recovery team, and is an expert in all aspects of insolvency work, demonstrated by him being a Fellow of the Society of Practitioners in Insolvency. Jonathan takes a positive and pragmatic approach, investigating all the options open to a company and advising them of the best way forward to protect as many jobs as possible and to realise the asset value and goodwill in the business.
Robert Ward

Robert became a Partner at Kay Johnson Gee in January 1997. Robert specialises in helping clients establish and manage successful strategies for investment and retirement planning; and provides administration services for self-administered pension schemes for owner managed businesses. Robert takes a robust approach, helping clients to understand their personal and financial objectives for when they retire. This enables him to provide clients with bespoke tax-advantaged solutions.
