Lesley has a particular interest in tax planning for individuals and owner-managed businesses.
Jonathan, who has been a Chartered Accountant for over 30 years, is the Senior Partner at Kay Johnson Gee. In addition he heads up the Corporate Recovery team, and is an expert in all aspects of insolvency work, demonstrated by him being a Fellow of the Society of Practitioners in Insolvency. Jonathan takes a positive and pragmatic approach, investigating all the options open to a company and advising them of the best way forward to protect as many jobs as possible and to realise the asset value and goodwill in the business.
